Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. In the wake of quitting her childhood career in gymnastics, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a single year, she was granted her professional card when she was 17. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take six years away from performing following the award of her Pro card in order to finish the college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals every year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card to get her degree from college. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The athlete placed 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016, she took first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position at the level of Fitness even though she having zero expectations. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is the back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on machines) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. She does this by super creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
