Hilary Duff's birthday falls in the 28th of September 1987. Houston Texas was her birthplace. The actress quickly gained fame and quickly became among the top and most well-known and beloved actresses of our times. She was the second child to Susan Duff and Robert Erhard Duff as well as her younger sister Haylie Duff.
