Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding (born Elena Jane Goulding on 30th December, 1986, in Hereford, England) is a English singer-songwriter. She gained the attention of the world in the year 2010 by releasing her hit singles "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses," British vocalist Ellie Goulding quickly rose to the highest of the charts thanks to her energetic electronic pop. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is a distinctive soprano voice and has a talent for writing emotional songs with positive lyrics. Like her predecessors Kate Bush or Imogen, she's at the forefront of modern mainstream pop and arty independent music. Polydor Records signed her to one of their record labels and she was preparing the debut album.
